Have fun getting to know new members.

A member or an invited expert walks through a problem they've worked on and what they learned from it.

An open, facilitated conversation on the session's theme. This is the longest part of the hour on purpose: it's where members compare notes on what's working and what isn't.

Sessions run once a month on Zoom, on a Friday at 11 AM ET / 8 AM PT / 4 PM GMT. As the group grows, we plan to add a second session each month.

✔    A CCO or the most senior post-sales leader
✔    At a company with 50 or more employees
✔    A current operator, in the seat today
✔    The only member from your company.

You don't need to use Gainsight. Members come from companies that are customers and companies that aren't.

✘    Consultants
✘    People who work for CS software vendors
✘    Leaders below the top post-sales seat, or at companies under 50 people, with very rare exceptions

Nobody pitches, including the host. Gainsight's products come up only if a member brings them up.

Sessions are never recorded, so you can talk about a hard quarter without worrying where the clip ends up.

Third-party notetaking bots stay out of the Zoom. Your own private notes are fine.

If anything is shared outside the group, it's broad themes with no names, companies, or quotes attached.
